It has been awhile since we have posted on here. 

As you can see, lately we have been very busy with improving Medishop.co.uk. 

We have made quite a few changes to the site, hopefully this improves the look and usability. 

we are looking at bringing new products to Medishop soon. so keep an eye out for those.

Our advice is don’t snack. If you’re feeling hungry between meals, use the opportunity to take your multi vitamin with water instead. It takes the mind off the hunger.

It works for us (well most of us!).
